IWCC Password Central :: Change Password

If you're activating your account for the first time:

Your "Username" is the first letter of your first name + last name + last 3 digits of your student ID number (i.e. wbixby123).
Initial "Current Password" for students = Iwcc + last 6 digits of your social security number.
If you did not provide the college with a Social Security Number, your initial "Current Password" is
Iwcc + 7-digit Student ID number

If you're changing a known password:

If you think your password has expired, put the last working password in the Current Password field.

If you have had your password reset:

Your "Username" is the first letter of your first name + last name + last 3 digits of your student ID number (i.e. wbixby123).
"Current Password" = Temporary password received in email.

You cannot reuse a previous password
Passwords cannot contain any part of your name or username
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long
Passwords must have characters from at least three of the following four groups:
- Upper case letters
- Lower case letters
- Numbers
- Special Characters (such as #$*&.,%)
